We’re a group of local, certified professionals who are passionate about making Colorado homes more energy efficient, comfortable, and sustainable. All of our audits, upgrades, and installations are handled by our own trusted team—never outsourced—so you can expect expert service from people who genuinely care.
Craig Zobec
Co-Owner & Expert in Construction and Operations
As a co-owner of REenergizeCO since its founding in 2012, Craig Zobec brings a wealth of expertise to every project, being the first point of contact when a project begins and the last to ensure its successful completion. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a General Contractor license, Craig oversees the entire process, from planning to execution. His focus is on delivering whole-home solutions that are built to stand the test of time, always paying close attention to the foundation and structural integrity of each project. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father of two young boys. He enjoys camping, volunteering at his sons’ swim meets, and spending time in his Park Hill neighborhood in Denver.
Casey Staley
Co-Owner & Expert in Energy Efficiency
Casey Staley is a leading expert in energy efficiency at REenergizeCO, where he’s been a co-owner since the company’s founding in 2012. His journey began with a degree in Natural Resources from Colorado State University and hands-on experience in a pioneering energy audit program in Phoenix in 2010. His entrepreneurial spirit, along with his experiences ignited his passion for helping homeowners improve their energy efficiency and save on costs. In his role, Casey focuses on team coordination, ensuring smooth communication between customers and project teams. Outside of work, Casey is a dedicated husband and father to two young boys. He lives in South Denver, where he enjoys playing pickleball, coaching his sons’ sports teams, and escaping to the Rocky Mountains to ski whenever possible.
Matt Scherer
Co-Owner & Expert in Solar
Matt Scherer is REenergizeCO’s go-to expert for all things solar and energy efficiency with his NABCEP Board certification. His general curiosity brought him into the industry when he started a local Solar company in Fort Collins in 2013. Matt, along with REenergizeCO shared passion and dedication brought them together in 2014. With a solid engineering and robotics background from Kent State University and a passion for guiding others toward smarter energy use, Matt has been at the forefront of solar technology. His hands-on experience and clear communication empower clients to make informed choices that cut costs and boost sustainability. Outside of work, Matt is a devoted husband and dad to two kids. He lives in Fort Collins and has a deep love for horses and dogs, often spending his free time with his family and pets.
Nick Simone
Energy Auditor
Nick is an experienced energy auditor dedicated to helping homeowners assess and improve their energy efficiency. As an accredited BPI auditor, he conducts thorough reviews and tests to identify opportunities for enhancement and cost savings. He holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa, complemented by a Certificate in Sustainability, equipping him with a unique perspective on both energy conservation and effective communication. When he’s not working to make homes more efficient, Nick enjoys fishing, hiking, and catching up on sports. His passion for the outdoors reflects his commitment to sustainability and a better environment for future generations.
Colleen Burke
Bookkeeper
Colleen has been a vital part of the REenergizeCO team since 2013, bringing 20 years of expertise in small business bookkeeping to ensure precise and up-to-date accounting records. Originally from Washington State, Colleen has called Denver home for the past 36 years—earning her “almost-native” status! She loves taking full advantage of Colorado’s sunny outdoors through hiking, camping, skiing, and cycling. A proud parent to an adult daughter, Colleen also gives back to her community by volunteering with a feral cat organization.
Dexter McNeail
General Manager of Efficiency
Dexter McNeail is a key player at REenergizeCO, having been with the company since 2014. He oversees the planning and execution of efficiency projects and is an accredited BPI auditor. Renowned for his exceptional leadership skills, Dexter effectively leads efficiency crews and is always ready to assist clients with his friendly demeanor and deep knowledge of home efficiency and construction. Originally from Wisconsin, Dexter earned an advertising degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In his free time, he enjoys weightlifting, playing basketball, and keeping up with sports
Daniel Gutierrez
Head Crew Lead of Efficiency
Daniel, a proud North Denver native, leads our Energy Efficiency Crew with a passion for sustainability and innovation. Since joining the team in 2022, he has cultivated a collaborative environment where every member contributes their unique skills to optimize energy solutions for our clients. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys immersing himself in video games, honing his barbering skills, and spending quality time with his two beloved dogs.
Jeremiah Metcalf
Energy Auditor
Jeremiah moved to Denver and joined the team in 2024 bringing with him a BPI certification and experience from a crew in Georgia. In his free time, his wife and him love finding new adventures and can be found hiking, camping, testing out a new coffee shop, and serving at a local church plant.
Jemmy Henry
Efficiency Manager
Jemmy Henry joined REenergizeCO in 2023 and brings a passion for optimizing energy efficiency solutions. As Efficiency Manager, he ensures that projects are executed seamlessly and with measurable impact for our customers. Outside of work, Jemmy is a devoted husband, father and grandparent who enjoys the thrill of the open road on his motorcycle.
Jorge Chaves-Romero
Efficiency Team Member
Jorge Chaves-Romero, a lifelong Denver resident, has been a key member of our Energy Efficiency Crew since 2021. His dedication and positive attitude greatly enhance our team’s success. With a love for animals and a commitment to sustainability, Jorge ensures that each project reflects his values. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and cheering for his favorite basketball teams, bringing vibrant energy to our crew.
Juaquin Vigil
Efficiency Team Member
Since joining our Energy Efficiency Crew in 2022, Juaquin has brought a unique blend of passion and enthusiasm to the team. A true food lover, he has a special fondness for desserts that reflects his zest for life. Outside of work, Juaquin enjoys hitting the court for basketball or spending quality time with his dog, bringing a fun and energetic spirit to both his personal and professional pursuits.
Marissa Valasquez
Energy Auditor
Meet our dedicated Energy Auditor, an Accredited BPI Auditor with a passion for enhancing energy efficiency. A proud Colorado native, she combines her local knowledge with expertise to help homeowners and businesses optimize their energy use. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys attending concerts, staying active through workouts, and exploring new destinations. Her commitment to sustainability and energy conservation is matched only by her love for adventure and community.
Robert Gallegos
Efficiency Team Member
Robert “Rob” Gallegos, a Denver native, has been a dedicated member of our Energy Efficiency Crew since 2021. His enthusiasm and commitment to both his work and personal interests contribute to the dynamic spirit of our Efficiency Crew. When he’s not working on energy-efficient installations, you can find Rob exploring car shows or spending time with his dogs.
Francisco Villanueva
Internal Operations Manager
Francisco is a Marine Corps veteran and graduate of University of Colorado Boulder with a passion for helping homeowners improve comfort and energy efficiency. His disciplined work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first mindset make him a valuable part of the REenergizeCO team.
Austin Stott
Solar Crew Supervisor
Born and raised in Littleton, Colorado, Austin is our dedicated Solar Crew Supervisor, having joined the company in 2022. After attending Coconino Community College in Northern Arizona, he developed a strong passion for sustainability and energy efficiency. In his role, Austin leads our solar installation team, ensuring projects are completed with the highest standards of quality and safety. Outside of work, he loves exploring the great outdoors, whether it’s backpacking through scenic trails or snowboarding down the slopes. Austin’s commitment to a greener world fuels his work and inspires those around him.
Adam Lehman
Solar Crew Lead
As the Solar Crew Lead at REenergizeCO, Adam is dedicated to advancing energy efficiency and promoting solar solutions that benefit both our clients and the environment. With a strong focus on teamwork and quality, he ensures that every project is executed with precision and care. Family, sports, and good food are his vibe, driving my commitment to creating a sustainable future for all.
AJ Bronikowski
Solar Install Team Member
AJ is a dedicated and hardworking professional with a strong focus on quality and safety. His interest in renewable energy and sustainability has driven his career path, starting with his apprenticeship after graduating from Chaparral High School. During his apprenticeship, AJ worked on apartment buildings while attending IECRM to gain industry knowledge. Since transitioning into the solar industry, AJ has committed himself to delivering exceptional and reliable service to his clients. Outside of work, AJ enjoys spending his free time at the skatepark or at home with his dog. His passion for both his career and his hobbies showcases his well-rounded nature.
Cooper Bozeman
Solar Installer Team Member
Cooper joined our solar installation team in 2024, driven by a passion for renewable energy and a strong commitment to sustainability. He works diligently to ensure that every solar project is completed efficiently and safely. A proud graduate of Broomfield High School, Cooper is dedicated to promoting green living both at work and in his community. Outside of work, you can find him working out or enjoying quality time with friends and family.
David Stevens
General Manager of Solar
David Stevens has been managing solar project planning and execution at REenergizeCO since 2014, ensuring smooth installations through effective client communication. A licensed residential wireman in Colorado, he previously assessed new construction buildings for Energy Star ratings while working at a HERS rating company. Originally from Virginia, David graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Integrated Science and Technology. His college capstone was an energy audit and solar assessment for a resort in Costa Rica. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding.
Max Hudson
Solar Install Team Member
Max is a skilled solar installer at REenergizeCO with a deep passion for the outdoors. Born and raised in Texas, he also has strong family ties to Colorado, which has shaped his love for nature. When he’s not working on solar installations, you can often find Max under the hood of his Jeep, off-roading, hiking, fishing, or camping
