INSULATION/
ENERGY RETROFIT CREW MEMBER

Compensation: $14-$16/HR DOE with the addition of Company Assisted Health Insurance after 90 Days of employment.

– Insulation and Air Sealing of Attics
– Insulating Crawlspaces
– Using Spray Foam
– Filling Walls with Blown in insulation
– Drywall Patching
– Other Energy Retrofit Installs

STRONG CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING

– A means to get to and from work
– Monday through Friday (7am to 5 or 6pm Availability)
– We work 35-45 hours a week.
– Good work ethic and positive attitude
– A resume or typed up history of employment (If you don’t have it, don’t reply!!)
– Construction experience is not a must, but is a PLUS!
– We work in tight, dirty spaces, so if that isn’t you…Do not apply.
